The Long and Winding Road. Sunday, January 30, 2011. I am lucky enough to have an amazing friend who is always willing to listen to me, and help me in times of need, and this weekend was definitely a time of need. She said to me,. What a great friend I have. Krista Lynn, I love you! This picture was given to use in our Relif Society meeting. The teacher's son (she's the wife of the 2nd counsler in the Bishopric) is the artist, and he names this picture "The Prince of Peace" because only through Chris...

The Long and Winding Road: December 2010
http://beatlesgirl1964.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
The Long and Winding Road. Saturday, December 25, 2010. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I did. Though, it's hard being the youngest, unmarried, and no one is here. Oh well, it was fun to give my nieces and nephews gifts. It was fun to see them dance around and tell me alllllll about what Santa brought them. That is the magic of Christmas, and I love it. Thursday, December 23, 2010. I'm Going to Narnia! One of my favorite quotes from the movie (which is also a direct quote from the book),. How tru...

The Long and Winding Road: May 2011
http://beatlesgirl1964.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
The Long and Winding Road. Monday, May 23, 2011. Yesterday was my first temple prep class. Oh how I am so excited to go! I was suppose to have this class finished with my Bishop in Cedar City, but that Bishop isn't quite as organized as my Bishop here in Kaysville. I have decided that June 7th, 2011 is the date I am going through the temple. Why this particular date? It is the 33rd wedding anniversary of my parents. Isn't that cool? Their youngest daughter (ME! THE CHURCH IS SOOOOOO TRUE! I AM SO EXCITED!

The Long and Winding Road: August 2011
http://beatlesgirl1964.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
The Long and Winding Road. Monday, August 8, 2011. Tonight was forced to go to the movie, "17 Miracles". Every single miracle in the movie is a true story, and comes from the Martin/Willie Handcart Companies of the Mormon Pioneers crossing the plains. As I said, I was forced. I didn't want to go. I'd heard, from others, that you will just cry and cry and cry some more. I didn't want to cry. I didn't want to be shown incredible stories of faith. Once there was a way, to get back homeward,. I have decided ...

The Long and Winding Road: February 2011
http://beatlesgirl1964.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
The Long and Winding Road. Sunday, February 27, 2011. And the Answer is No. So I did it. The last time I asked a boy this, I got over him faster. Problem solved. What did I ask him? If there was any possibility of a future. He said No. And I said. Okay, that's what I needed to hear. Now all flames of hope have been extinguished, and my heart can move on. He taught me a lot of things, and helped make me a better person. That's the best I could ask for. Saturday, February 26, 2011. Sigh* Of course I got su...

The Happy Hill Family: November 2014
http://thehappyhillfamily.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
The Happy Hill Family. Let the Hill's be joyful together. Psalms 98:8. Saturday, November 15, 2014. Meet up in Mesa. Instead of flying straight home, we flew from Virginia to Mesa, AZ. Hannah, Josh and Amanda (who had been watching our kids) had driven our kids there the day before! This is what Jared thought of the temple, especially sine we wouldn't let him eat the rocks! We had so much fun with our family in Arizona, we are already planning our next trip! Links to this post. Thursday, November 13, 2014.

The Happy Hill Family: A New Year
http://thehappyhillfamily.blogspot.com/2015/01/a-new-year.html
The Happy Hill Family. Let the Hill's be joyful together. Psalms 98:8. Sunday, January 11, 2015. As 2014 came to a close our family experienced a few changes that lead us to believe that 2015 will be a great year! Jeff was also released in December from teaching the early. Early morning seminary class. I don't think that it was quite as hard for him to see that come to an end as it was for me leaving primary. He was very excited to not have to wake up at 4:30 am every morning anymore! Alex and Kelsie Hill.
