Alex refers to his age and/or birthday party practically daily. He finished kindergarten the beginning of this month and jumped into First Grade!

Friday, March 21, 2014. Now in Spanish Mommy! Says Alex as we count. Looks like we are going to have a bilingual kid on our hands in a few years! Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion ranks 8 out of 10. Forest Elementary ranks 4 out of 10. We have some reservations about this decision – is Spanish practical to learn; is it marketable? Will he retain the information? Thursday, March 21, 2013. Pictures from the last few months. Video taken tonight of the kids. Thanksgiving in Grand Forks, in Uncle Erik's basement. Sledding with cousin Jessi. Alex ADORES his cousin. Mom and Alex went on a date to the Science Muesuem. Disney on Ice with good friend Abby. Christmas at the Johnsons. Leaving on the Amtrak with Emo. Christmas in Kentucky. in February! We went on daily hikes. Alex really liked holding this book to his bosom at night. Hiking after all the snow melted.

Thursday, September 19, 2013. On Tuesday, September 3. Alex started at the YMCA. He is enrolled in their preschool program and is a Fabulous Fish! His teachers are Mandee and Lori. They have a Safety Swim Class every week on Tuesday. And Show-N-Tell every week on Friday. We were told for weeks that our baby girl was ready to come, but alas, Pumpkin was too happy inside her mommy's tummy. A co-worker joked that I must have cable TV and a recliner in there for two kids to have to be induced! She replied, "To be induced. Does Monday work? I honestly thought she was kidding. Direkt när vi landat här hemma och efter några timmars sömn skulle allt material fram. Tidningsmaskinen drogs igång. Mitt i allt togs beslutet att det nog hade varit fint med ett litet ingångsuppslag och att då få annonsavdelningen att röja det. Tack Carl! Och tack Gustav som ritade allt.
