Wednesday, October 15, 2014. 1 (3 lb.) boneless pork loin roast. 2 Granny Smith apples. 1 cup balsamic vinegar. 3 sprigs of rosemary. 2 slices of smoked bacon. 1/4 cup light brown sugar. 2 tbsp. olive oil. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat then season the pork with salt and pepper. Sear the pork roast in the hot pan until golden brown on all sides. ºF using a meat thermometer.

Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Allow them to cool down then serve them in a festive bowl. 1 orange, peeled.
