Alex Shiu, alexshiu2011@gmail.com. 其實地方割據的問題，在中國大陸從來都嚴峻，而今次天津大爆炸，只會將這個趨勢加劇。先前幾篇文章講「自貿區」，和「五口通商」的地圖可以對比的了。 這個中國內部地緣政治的角度，甚少人留意，因為大家都慣了接受洗腦，以為中國從來都是大一統的所謂集權國家。這個看法錯得很。不是說不集權，而是「既集權又分散」。更加可以說是「愈集權、愈分散」。分裂的原因是地方受不了中央集權，因而才出現「官迫民反」的分裂現象。 一般的中國人思維模式，就都認為「地方割據」是壞事。因此大量民間傳奇的情節就是「等中央打救」，這個其實就是所謂「包青天」的思維模式。這個板模用了不下一千幾百年，而且在高度集權的共產年代，尤其顯著。 其實訴諸常理已經不難發現這個「思維板模」的荒謬之處：中國人的習慣，從來都是各家自掃門前雪。要是有麻煩，都只會往隣居方向掃過去，又怎會刻意把自己的安樂窩搞臭. 所謂「地方領導」又是否真的「來自地方」. 65292;更加是中國官場幾千年來的「正經事」. 由此可見，所謂「地方」，其實從來都只是ӎ...可還得靜觀其變。因為所謂ӎ...
