Ven if you don’t have the legs of a supermodel, it can be useful to think of your legs lengthening (or releasing) down to the ground as you stand and walk, rather than thinking of them holding you up, as we often unconsciously do. This can help prevent tightness and rigidity in hips, knees and ankles. Rest in the heels. Let the ground support you.
