Community Outreach Through The Arts (COTTA) is a student initiative from Alfred University, collaborating with the Alfred State Architecture Club to construct a timber framed bus shelter for the Village of Alfred. Our project has been an educational experience of community collaboration, providing the Village of Alfred a service of renovation and beautification. Friday, April 3, 2009.
