Friday, January 8, 2010. Little did I know, my Dad had a surprise for us. He had obtained a night at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel (Dana Point). So Justin asked his boss for the rest of that day off and we set off to Dana for our first ever (and hopefully not only ever) Ritz-Carlton experience. Everything was perfect! We had a breath-taking view of the ocean. We left the patio doors open all night so we could sleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto shore. Happy 4 years to Justin, the man I love!

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Here is our beautiful baby girl, Mckinlee Anne Sims. She was born monday June 15th 2009 at 3:11 pm. She was 7 pounds 6.5 ounces. She was 20 inches long, with reddish blonde hair and steel blue eyes. Here are some pictures, about chronologically. I got stuck ouch! Fresh out of Mom. After Mckinlee's first bath. Mom and Baby 2. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. I just had to share something cute that my kids were talking about today. Bradyn learned that it was Earth Day today at school. He took it upon himself to let everyone know that it was Earth day. At dinner tonight, Austin said "Mom, it's my birthday today". I didn't think anything of it. I just said "Oh, is it your birthday, TODAY? Bradyn corrected us both and said "No Austin, it's EARTH DAY, not your BIRTHDAY! I just thought it was cute that Austin interpreted it that way.
