Alice goes West: Ugly Naked Man
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/05/ugly-naked-man.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. May 15, 2008. It's warm out here. Really warm. No cold wind this time that makes the air chilly. I am warm. Way too warm. And so must be my neighbour. Cause he runs around in his kitchen. Passes my window. Again and again. Just like in the American series. I also see an Ugly Naked Man when I look out of the window. Where are my girlfriends when I need them? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). See what I see. Feel what I feel.

http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/08/coyotes-on-way-to-mount-tamalpais.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. August 25, 2008. Coyotes on the way to Mount Tamalpais. When girls wonna keep up with boys. They were going to hike Mount Tamalpais and seen the top was looking to me from the tree house where we live, I decided to go along. . Three and a half hours to the top. Hiking from the stairs at our house to the east peak of Mount Tamalpais. And after ten minutes I started thinking of turning around. Almost at my doorstep. See what I see.

Alice goes West: San Francisco for hikers - or people who love a cab
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/09/road-to-san-francisco.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. September 6, 2008. San Francisco for hikers - or people who love a cab. Now that we're living just out of San Francisco, we decided to enjoy 'a day in San Francisco'. Kind of funny, no? But knowing where to go, we had such an enjoyable day - visiting all the lovely, secret parts of the city in just one day! Start your day driving over the Golden Gate Bridge. Into the city. It's just such an amazing landmark! A nice, tiny area o...

Alice goes West: When you're going to San Francisco...
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/08/when-youre-going-to-san-francisco.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. August 11, 2008. When you're going to San Francisco. It wasn't the poison oak. Neither the weather. It was just a summer break back home. A quit one. Without saying goodbye. And it was really beautiful and nice. But on Friday we celebrated a goodbye party. A hippie party. With music. Of flowers in San Francisco and Californian girls. With people dressed up for Woodstock. Oh, I do look forward to that flight! See what I see.

Alice goes West: Oh, my! Was it really that long ago?

A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. October 15, 2008. Was it really that long ago? I can't believe it took me so long to post a blog again! We're heading home again in some days from now and I suppose we were just too busy taking all we could. Sailing the Bay, Sonoma, Alcatraz, Lake Tahoe and even the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell. . I'll need to write some updates when I download pictures! Http:/ www.blogexpat.com. Http:/ www.blogexpat.com/en/links.htm. Sunday AM...

Alice goes West: The warmest summer in San Francisco...
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/06/warmest-summer-in-san-francisco.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. June 2, 2008. The warmest summer in San Francisco. I did not understand at all what they were talking about. It seemed to be a saying from Mark Twain. 'The coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in san Francisco.'. But now I do understand. It's cold. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). See what I see. Feel what I feel. A sea breeze. A ray of sunshine. Biking the steep streets. Tell me your story. Cause I want to know.

Alice goes West: Poisoned Oak sucks!
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/05/poisoned-oak-sucks.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. May 19, 2008. I can't believe it! I have not even wrote the post about the fall we've had in Yosemite. On a private ranch with a quad. Down a mountain. Stitches in the head. And many bruises. Enough to be miserable for a week. Until that exploded last night. Now I look like one big red spot. And it itches, itches, itches. There's a special soap to use. And that's probably what happened to me, says the doctor later. Expat Women ...

Alice goes West: 24 Hour poison oak laundry
http://alicegoeswest.blogspot.com/2008/05/24-hour-poison-oak-laundry.html
A Flemish columniste discovering San Francisco, its' culture and its' people. May 22, 2008. 24 Hour poison oak laundry. I have not been a good contributor to the environment these days. Laundry service is a 24 hour thing for me. Every towel I use, every pair of trousers I wear goes straight to the laundry after it has been used once. Cause you do infect yourself over and over again with this poison oak! May 23, 2008 at 12:53 AM. If someone wants to know, this is what helped. A doctor who gave me some pil...
