Emerging from a need to serve transitional aged youth leaving the Children´s Aid Society system, the Share Your Home program has been serving adults with developmental disabilities for nearly two years. Providers are friends – they are not parental figures. Providers receive rent as well as a per diem rate for the work they do with the individual.
