I feel like Cara always has to share the spotlight with her sister, so this post is going to just be about her. One day, I hope she reads this. You seriously melt my heart. Monday, August 8, 2011. Lauryn was so excited to finally be able to do "happy birthday" with the cake. LOL! We had to wait for daddy to come home). Okay, this is a much better, calmer lauryn.

She doesn't really understand the concept of "student/teacher" and will do almost anything for a sticker. She may not have been the star student in the class, but I was so proud of her. She is very "by-the-book" and likes structure, schedules, and consistency. Cara was just too comfy in my tummy. Who said the 2nd child was suppose to come out sooner? A glimpse into my life and those who are most dear to me. Saturday, July 21, 2012. We (LB, Cara, and I) recently visited Orange County Zoo. I personally love this zoo for these reasons; it's small, clean, cheap, nearby (20 min drive), and keeps the kids entertained. This zoo has animals like owls, bears, mountain lions, raccoons, etc. Haahahah, I know, hardly a zoo right? My kids are happy to see any animal so this is the zoo of choice when I'm with the kids by myself. LB loves watching them. If you have...

Last night the girls and I were in the bathroom getting ready for bed. Cara kept hogging the step stool and eventually pushed lb completely off, and she flew to the ground. All of a sudden she starts reciting it from start to finish. I guess preschool is really paying off! A glimpse into my life and those who are most dear to me. Thursday, August 2, 2012. Last week, we met my sister's family in Hawaii. We all stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, and I would highly recommend this place for families. We had a blast.I'll let the pictures explain the rest. Here we are heading to LAX. This was Cara's first flight. After the long flight, it was nice to be able to get fresh air as soon as we exited the plane. So the resort has this lagoon area. Isn't it amazing? My kind of dinner.
