We’ve been waiting for snowy food plots to learn how to the wildlife will react to the food we’ve provided. There are turnip and radish tops above snow but as you can see, the deer are pawing through the snow to get to grass. Unfortunately we don’t know what kind of grass seed was in the seed mix. There are a lot of snowshoe hares.

Dad and I built our first tree house seven years ago. It was a little rough but we both fit (barely) and kept fairly dry. I shot my first deer from that stand. Last year, we started hunting in that area again because my husband joined us in the woods. It was sketchy last year! The canvas roof is tied up, but it's a little sketchy. Links to this post.
