She loves them, and every time she has them on she wants to run! Thursday, November 27, 2008. Kiera loves to play in the refrigerator and take things out. Thursday, October 2, 2008. Kiera loves her work out Care Bear. This relic from the 80's is still working! It sings some classic tunes such as "let's get physical" and "Bears just want to have fun". Kiera's favorite is "head, shoulders, knees and toes". Here is a video of her working out with her bear. She has only really mastered the "head" part of the song :). October 3, 2008 at 2:52 PM. Wednesday, April 23, 2008. Well, we watched Kiera pull herself to standing in her crib tonight. She was very proud of herself. It was pretty amazing that she pulled herself up considering she was in her sleep sack. Oh, she is growing up so fast! Monday, April 14, 2008. Our little baby is almost officially a toddler, she has started to crawl! No more vacations without her! Here is a video of her crawling. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Owen took two weeks of swim lessons at the local pool. He was put into the older group based on the fact that he was fearless! He jumped in on his own and would go underwater, so that landed him in the 4 and 5 year olds. He really enjoyed the lessons, and we weren't sure how many other lessons he would need before he could swim. Well, the day after lessons were over, Owen started swimming underwater by himself! Friday, December 12, 2008. So after much debate and test driving A MILLION cars, we have decided to get a new Toyota Highlander. We wanted a car with an accesible third row and this has captain's chairs in the second row and a completer third row. We were considering a Sequoia, but we couldn't fit it into the garage! Very small third row, didn't fit into it! Rough ride in the back. Third row made to acomodate adults who are 5'6", enough said. Very large, poor gas mileage. Third row not accesible.

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. We have a visitor that lives in our garden! Fast forward 1 day and we are out in the garden and Tim sees some of a snake skin hanging from the slats. He started pulling and to our amazement, the entire skin was there. The slats must have given the snake the perfect resistance to molt. So Tim says "hmmm, this does look big".
