Friday, July 19, 2013. This is part of our backyard. The previous owner left perennials that are coming up almost every week. There is always color. It's amazing. This is Lily getting her fill of moving trucks. This is Lily passed out on her trampoline. I finally feel like I can buy her real toys now that we have a house and now that I need more to keep her occupied than spatulas and blocks and plastic something or others in a Nesquik container. These are the aforementioned hydrangeas in our front yard.

Love Lily's laugh and Grace surprises me in so many ways.she was so willing to get into the cold water whereas Lily would never do that kind of thing when she was that little. Petting every goat that walked by at the zoo. Lily has no fear of animals. Lunch break at the zoo. Lily was quite the trend setter sitting on this turtle because afterwards tons of kids tried to get on it. Pulling herself up on anything that doesn't roll or move away.

Monday, March 30, 2015. How We Are Suriving the Longest Winter Ever (Yes, it is still going. It snowed this morning. I cried, I really did.). Making long paper tongues. My first crack at Valentine sugar cookies. They turned out delish. I won't disclose how many I ate. I was impressed with how well Lily frosted the cookies. I am always impressed with what my girls do. It's inevitable. Taking a little gymnastics class at the recreation center on Saturdays. Practicing her cartwheels. Doing an obstacle course.

Had to get a picture of her cute pony tails before they were destroyed ten minutes later. She loves the stairs, loves climbing, loves making messes, loves screaming, and loves laughing and trying to get others to laugh. Has those. Grace loved them, too. They look terribly uncomfortable to me, but apparently they help you jump high and fly.
