And I realize this now, in this one happy moment, after somewhat acknowledging all the things I do on a regular basis to make myself unhappy. Things like not allowing myself to be happy because there is always someone suffering. Dwelling on that suffering and the unfairness of it. Thinking about how I should be doing more to ease that suffering. Sharing the suffering of others as if it were my own. Because it is my own. So I should do them.
