Sunday, October 10, 2010. Its that time of year! Pumpkins, Jack-o-lanterns, leaves changing, weather changing, awesome! Try something new this year! While carving pumpkins save the pumpkin seeds and roast them for a nutritious treat! Separate the pumpkins seeds from the pulp, rinse and towel dry. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place pumpkin seeds on baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Bake until crispy (approx. 30mins). View my complete profile.
