So, when I got in my car this afternoon, I glanced up at the temperature gauge on my rear view mirror and saw this . . . Now, I understand that there are other places in the country that were even colder today (like, SD which was -42! But I'm a California girl . . born and raised in the DESERT! I don't DO negative temps! And that was even BEFORE accounting for the wind chill factor! He finally did it!

Life: As I know it. My humble perspective from my little place in this world. Thursday, June 05, 2008. So Fresh and So Clean Clean! There's plenty of room for him to play, kick, splash, etc., but without having to waste water by filling up the entire (big) bath tub. And, I like that I can just deflate this tub and pack it easily when we travel (which we do A LOT)! We tried it out last night for the first time (along w/ Micah's brand new robe that we got from a shower before he was born). My hubby and me.

Here we are . . . a year later . . . same rivalry, same hostility, same bad attitudes on the part of the LSU Tigers . . . the difference? Alabama's ranked #1 IN THE COUNTRY this year! Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Gracie's First Day of School. Today was Gracie's first day at Little Sonbeams Christian Preschool! She is getting to be so old.it is hard to let her go but that is part of life, I suppose. She has been dying to go to school for months, and thinks anything that you call "school" is fun. ANYWAY . . . Never mind the shiny eyes - Micah got pink eye (a 2nd time! ON Thanksgiving day and we had to put an ointment on his eyes 4x/day. I can't WAIT to get professional pics of him in it!
