Brand New Day…. Did my dreams come true? My little man is growing up…. I am very proud of the way he has handled his diagnosis from the very beginning when he was just 6 years old. Each step of the way he has adapted and tackled anything that comes his way head on. I’m not sure as an adult I would have handled the same situation as well as he has. Thursday, May 7, 2015. This afternoon at school the library displayed writing samples from all the students in the elementary school. We went to take a look because Dexter was excited to show us his writing, and because Erin LOOOOOOOVES going to school. Here's Dexter's writing.
