This is a record of my work on the Distant Stitch Level 3 Certificate. Friday, 9 July 2010. However, chewing this over the red roses on the stableyard wall continue the curving diagonal line from the small red fragments through the bold red square, moving up from bottom left to top right. All things fiber and fabulous. ATC cards at last. Fiber Arts Festival in Townsend, TN →. Dusting off the drum carder. March 12, 2016. Our weather turned deliciously warm and my thoughts went to felting, making batts, silk hankies. I gathered supplies and began to use the drum carder. Drum carder waiting for the fun to begin. I had bags of mixed color of roving so I just grabbed colors and began to remember how to get the best batts out of the drum carder. So delicious to use. Two key tools for felting.

When preparing backgrounds yesterday I also selected pics of trees - plums grow on trees (and trees play a large part in my life). I chose a fibre tip pen for the first drawing.
