Familie Staal - Steel Family. Friday, December 4, 2009. Anywho. We celebrated Thanksgiving with the family last Sunday (they don't get the 4 day weekend here so Thanksgiving day wasn't so handy.). This is not a holiday I am giving up. and I assured the family here that they would be having a couple new family traditions added with me (Thanksgiving certainly being one of them). We did a round of giving thanks, and it was just a great evening and everyone liked the food too (especially the desserts).

Familie Staal - Steel Family. Sunday, February 5, 2012. This is a post I started in January and now finally finish (better late than never)! Looking back on 2011 I can say we had a successful and blessing filled year. Until I take a moment to reflect, I don't always realize the great blessings that I've had and how good my life really is! So, now that a whole year again has flown by, what really happend that year? Here is my (probably full of holes) flashback of 2011. Richard graduated from college.

Familie Staal - Steel Family. Friday, December 7, 2012. How Richard really feels about the French! We have had some good road trips this year already. We also redecorated our livingroom at the beginning of the year and replaced our 3rd generation, hand-me-down, gem of a tube and went modern with a flatscreen (partly because the old thing made wierd noises and it didn't fit on our new TV-stand)! 65279;. Wooden shoe museum with Mom and Siebe (father-in-law). And over to Germany to see the little village ...

Familie Staal - Steel Family. Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Last Friday afternoon we decided to take advantage of the good weather and take the kites and buggy out and head to the beach. Unfortunately the buggy had a flat that we couldn't fix, but it all worked out to be a fun day anyway! 65279;. Richard trying to catch some wind. Me hanging on the kite. It flew great and was nice and caught what little wind there was. Fun refreshing day out :). Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Since my last post I finishe...

No work Friday, and a 3 day weekend ahead of us, the boys (Kilian and Richard) thought it would be a great idea to take Concetta and I to Euro Disney in Paris. The night before we we going, I was actually the only one who didn't know about it haha! Here we are...
