Sunday, August 9, 2009. A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step. I'm overweight. Not obese anymore, just overweight. I'm 5'7" and 190 lbs. The largest I have ever been was 238 lbs, so I'm proud of the progress I have made, but I'm still fat. I hate it! Sometimes I wish babies could just be born with a full set of their baby teeth, but in reality, that just wouldn't work. (I am sure you can guess why, but I won't write about that here.)
