I learnt an old christian friend is moving in with her boyfriend – huge decision. A boy from school died (and he’s the second one to die this year). I’m also struggling and grieving over a friend as well as wrestling with the loneliness and feelings of failure as an unemployed graduate. Man, this world feels mean at the moment! So much bad stuff. Now I’ve got the gall to put a Roman numeral one in the title of a post. I think that’s funny. The meaning of it is that I know that I’ve not reached a conclusion on what I’m going to say here. Do ugly people have a harder go of things in life? That is, do I contribute to ugly people having a rough go of things?
