Join us in our apparently inherited insatiability for resurrecting relics, and design on a shoestring. Monday, 14 June 2010. I am a grateful recipient of the amazing 'Organisation stations' of the previous post by Lucy. Here it is in action. along with a peak at my nursery which with a little fighting some old furniture into a metrically challenged space, and a tin of paint with a lot of masking tape, I was able to transform for under 25 pounds! Wednesday, 9 June 2010. Crochet is back in. These seem to w...

Join us in our apparently inherited insatiability for resurrecting relics, and design on a shoestring. Wednesday, 7 July 2010. A Belfast favourite for useful finds. Here are my recent 'practical' purchases from an amazing church based project that I love, East Belfast mission. The first for a fiver, the second fifteen. I love anything to do with round/ oval mirrors or frames. I can see this little bland guy as my new bathroom book stand and cabinet. mags in a bathroom, essential! 8 July 2010 at 10:11.

http://salvagesavvysisters.blogspot.com/2010/06/crochet-is-back-in.html
Join us in our apparently inherited insatiability for resurrecting relics, and design on a shoestring. Wednesday, 9 June 2010. Crochet is back in. I've been looking for one of these crochet blankets for a while, having seen them crop up in lots of home interior mags recently. I guess they fall into the 'vintage find' category now. This one is covered in cat hairs, but at £2 from Thrift Shop 2, who could argue? 14 June 2010 at 12:48. Yaaay you found one. bit small though! Im sure Gladys has a few of these.

SALVAGE SISTERS: Food for free
http://salvagesavvysisters.blogspot.com/2010/07/food-for-free.html
Join us in our apparently inherited insatiability for resurrecting relics, and design on a shoestring. Wednesday, 7 July 2010. Elderflowers are abundant at the moment in hedgerows and roadsides. I picked this lot up driving home from work one day this week, and converted them into a years supply of cordial. Its so expensive to buy, you would think the process was complicated. But no - an overnight infusion, add some sugar, heat for a few minutes and your laughing. 7 July 2010 at 04:24.
