Sunday, February 15, 2009. 位于 City Square 隔邻的明里南街小贩 (Jalan Meldrum)，有一档“新山蚝煎”，蛮好吃的，所以生意是挺不错的。 上个星期四在那里打包，客人很多，等了 25 分钟，站在那里也没事，就看看档主制作蚝煎：. 1。 首先，将和着木薯粉的水搅拌均匀，取四勺子，倒入扁平的煎镬内。 2。 打十余粒鸡蛋，再倒入煎镬，和木薯粉水一起煎成蛋饼。 3。 蛋饼形成后，将蛋饼切成数大块，叠在煎镬一角待用。一大块蛋饼可以炒成一包蚝煎。 4。 在煎镬另一角，加二三匙油，再加一小匙蒜蓉，爆香。 5。 取一块蛋饼，切碎，和着蒜蓉一起炒。把碎蛋饼放一旁待用。 6。 如果要加辣，放入一汤匙辣椒，炒热。 7。 取一小碟鲜蚝，淋上一些木薯粉水，放入煎镬内炒。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, February 15, 2009. 霹雳(1)： Ｄａｍａｉ Ｌａｕｔ,邦咯岛. 对很多人来说，霹雳州仅仅是一个介于吉隆坡和槟城的驿站。一直以来，我也抱有这种想法。直到四年前，到邦咯岛，太平，实兆远等地一游，才发现其实霹雳州是挺不错的。 我们主要的目的地是位于曼绒县的 Damai Laut 度假村。我们从马六甲北上，到了美罗（Bidor)，就取道安顺（Teluk Intan)往实兆远（Setiawan)出发。 从安顺到实兆远，是马来西亚最大的一处产椰区，因此，路两旁尽是迎风摇曳的椰树，几间马来甘榜屋稀稀落落的坐落在椰林深处，好一幅典型的南洋风情。 过了实兆远，再继续北上，会经过三座大桥，其中一座，是被称为是马来西亚最长的跨河桥，横跨天定河的曼绒大桥。过桥后不久，我们便往左，转入了一条小径，拐了九曲十八弯，最后终于到了Ｄａｍａｉ Ｌａｕｔ。 来到这里，当然得去邦咯岛玩玩。从红土坎出发，坐了大约半个小时的渡轮，就来到了邦咯岛。 上了岸，我们便租了一辆车，来一场环岛走一圈。 Posted by Kok Hien. Wednesday, July 25, 2007. 虽然我绝对不会对小猫咪将来的意志有所设限，可是我说过要小猫咪长大了当大法官，只不过，一直以来我都无法明确地说明自己的想法，直到前些日子看了报纸，我似乎可以凭借上面的一些社论而对我的想法有所诠释，兹将这些社论登录如下：. 我国联邦宪法的至高无上地位经常被忽略，以致许多违宪的行为或条规即使存在多时，也没人发现或在意。最近上诉庭的一项判决，是最佳的例子。 以拿督葛巴斯里南为首的上诉庭三司，在一项判决中，一致裁决２００１年儿童法令第９７（２）条文违反宪法的三权分立原则；有关条文阐明犯下死罪的孩童将扣留在监狱，等候国家元首发落。 上诉庭三司指出，施以刑罚是法庭专有的权力，如果法庭在判决被告罪名成立后，而将刑罚的责任留给最高元首（根据行政者的劝告决定），显然已抵触三权分立原则，换句话说，是违反宪法的。 律师公会副主席与一些律师皆认同上述判决，赞上诉庭判决正确；与此同时，建议修改儿童法令，填补法律方面的漏洞。 例如，宪法第１１条文赋予人民信仰自由，其行文是很言简意赅的，但是，仍然有不少的争议；另外...每一個國民，不同的信仰，都可以找到自...這個崇高的建國理念&#...
