Sunday, May 24, 2015. As a Farmer/Rancher's daughter I really try hard to be grateful for "moisture". But these last two weeks have gotten real old. Especially with toddlers. Thankfully Mariah and Chet both have rain boots so we still get outside a lot. They are pretty soaked by the time we are done, but the smiles and long naps make it all worth it. I love when I can capture moments like these.they're rare but oh so sweet. Chet ate it that day, but it didn't seem to slow him down. I need my violin back!

The biggest advice was to savor and appreciate the food you are eating. Take time to taste and enjoy it. By doing so, you are less likely to overeat, or overindulge. Eat in moderation, diets are temporary, but good eating habits are sustaining! It's so easy to see how to make the most physical activity out of activities done all the time.

I love having him at home with us and getting to play and relax with him. He's definitely enjoying it as well but I think he'll be excited to get back to a life with a set schedule. We went up to a beautiful Ranch with family and friends for Memorial Day. Hayden loved the little Pony. Canoeing in the mountains. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Hayden loves riding horses.
