Sunday, March 13, 2011. So Kenzi's school had Open House on Thursday. It was funny in that I had to hang posters for PTA (Be a PTA board member! And you could feel the anxiousness in the air before they let everyone in. But nonetheless, everyone seemed to have a good time and Kenzi was especially excited. I'm sure every girl has that favorite pair of shoes in her closet. Mine just happened to be these red heels. But what happens when you have a little guy in the house who loves to wear them just as much as you do and had a pen in his hand ten minutes earlier? Oh and. if anyone has any tips on how to remove engraved pen on shoes.

Friday, April 22, 2011. Spring time and a little boy who I love. Pierce brought these to me after playing outside. It made my day! He picked one for daddy, mommy, Tinley, Pierce, and mo-jo and pixy (the dogs). So we decided to put them in a glass and tie a fun big pink ribbon around it. I Love Spring! Thursday, April 1, 2010. Easter treats and 30 weeks. Today Pierce and I decided to be in a festive mood and try and put together these fun and way easy Easter nest treats. They were so fun to make and took like only 20 min. to put together. They are pretty yummy too! If you want to try them out they only took three ingredients! Below are some pics of our day. We might even share these with some of our friends and neighbors for a nice small easter treat. That is if we don't eat them all ourselves:).

Monday, September 12, 2011. So some of you may remember Kenzi's house that she got as a birthday present from Gram Mac in 2008. Unfortunately, the house was falling apart and we feel that with being analyzed to adopt children it would be seen as a hazard and not a cute and safe play area! Sunday, January 9, 2011. So we got our first snow of the winter season. It is always exciting when we get it. Though it is cold, people seem to get happy until it has been around too long. Which is about day 3! Kenzi was actually bummed that it did not snow on Christmas. She even said that today felt like Christmas. After church we changed our clothes and went outside to which Kenzi did not waste any time hitting me with a snowball. The top of the jewelry box done, now there are only four sides left!

Wednesday, September 14, 2011. This is the turquoise fan and I thought it turned out great! I used a paper towel to get the bloches of dark paint. I then used rhinestone stickers and put them on wrapping them wherever I needed. If you find the stickers popping off and out, then snip where it would need to bend and lay it back where it would go.
