I'm trying something new these days: I'm told it's called exercise? But I intend to improve, eventually. If I can manage to do this on a regular basis, I plan to reward myself with athletic apparel. While I was never anything but a faux-athlete, I am a sucker for the stuff. Inexplicably, I have the same reaction in a Nike store as I do when I walk into an Anthropologie [want. everything], which has always weirded me out a little. Nothing like a little vanity and materialism to keep you going, right?

I have a new job! But now i don't have any time to tell you about it! Once i settle in to my regular schedule, perhaps i can find the time/sanity to elaborate, but here's the skinny:. I'm still working at eol, processing the children's books i love so dearly, but in addition to that, i'm also newly employed by hoooooover! Eventually i'll settle in and not feel rushed all the time.
