Appunti di una passione. Febbraio 12, 2011. Devo dire benissimo, mi sono sentito davvero bene, ho fatto una settantina di km e sono riuscito a tornare non distrutto. E’ la prima volta che mi sento così …. Ho mangiato mezzo panino con marmellata e miele a 40 minuti dall’ultimo tratto e la salita l’ho affrontata più lucidamente. Ho capito finalmente che non devo puntare al cambio più agile in assoluto da subito, ma mi tengo molto margine e uso l’ultimo dente solo in caso di crisi nera. Febbraio 9, 2011.
