Monday, April 9, 2012. We decided to make the best of our day out, so we hit up a couple of the downtown tourist attractions. It was nice to see some of our new hometown. We went to the White House. It was the first time I had seen it, as it was not on our tour when I was 16. We got to see the very last of the cherry blossoms. There were only a couple of trees left that even had blooms. They came super early, and then only lasted 6 days this year. What little we saw was still beautiful.

Thursday, September 29, 2011. Mom and Dad stopped by. They were in the neighborhood :). We really enjoyed having company. Our guest room sits lonely most of the time. Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Cole has started to say and do some really funny things lately. His awareness for object permanence and whether things are alive are not is kind of out of sync. It makes for some good laughs though. He is really into talking to inanimate objects lately. He talks to the pumpkins in our living room like they are dogs. We brought them from the garden into the house, so he could enjoy them. Example,. Come here, pumpkin. Here, pumpkin. Good pumpkin.". Where are you temple?

Tuesday, August 4, 2015. June was Amazingly Awesome and Crazy Busy all in one. Monday, June 1st saw us leaving on our family vacation to CALIFORNIA! Chloe wanted to come too.sorry girl. We'll be back in a few days. Before we left, Grandma Pam let each of the kids pull a string out of a bag. On the end of the string was a Disney character.to get them excited for what was to come! Tanner was not too happy about pulling Donald out of the bag. Luckily he has a nice brother, named Alex, who traded with him.
