Originally uploaded by AllenHo. 草莓捲心饅頭被眾親友索取一空，自個兒也沒能吃上幾口，於是只好得再做點兒。其實作法跟草莓捲心是一樣的，只是上回草莓麵團挺黏手的，這回的可可麵團倒是上了手粉之後就不會黏了，我在想會不會是草莓有果酸的緣故. 這五色散可是五行旗號招教眾，施行五色煙霧之利器，今日能得此五色散實在真是一份奇遇。以前公布過一次我的麵包機饅頭食譜，不過那次是小眾朋友，這次尼克要求要再次公布，只好再次撰寫，希望作壞了或是不好吃別找我算帳就是。使用設備：國際牌麵包機，型號 SD-BM152. 5、泡打粉 4克（可加可不加，有加較白）. 6、溫水 100cc 、冷水 100cc. 2、材料1 5全放入麵包機內鍋中，加入溫水與冷水，如同製作麵包時. 3、麵包機設定烏龍麵義大利麵模式，約15分鐘後麵糰即揉好. 4、取出麵糰開始撖麵，鬆弛3分鐘再撖成大麵皮、再鬆弛再撖，來回至少3次（越多次越Q）. 5、把大麵皮捲成長筒狀然後切成6段（長寛比約5：3）. 6、放置醒麵約30分鐘（冬天適度延長）.
