Clipper Tea Apple and Ginger. Clipper - Apple and Ginger. Detta härliga te från Clipper, med smak av äpple och ingefära, vill jag varmt rekommendera! Ett värmande te som passar utmärkt till höstens äppelpajer. Men också till en bit choklad eller till frukosten. Allra godast är det nog ändå till kanelbullar! Know your guts, love yourself. Spring vegetable frittata – low fodmap. This frittata can be served as a light lunch with Jersey potatoes and is very pretty! Half a sliced courgette. 30g of Parmesan cheese. Trim the base of the pak choi flat and slice it at right angles to the growth direction, about an inch from the base, to form a flower – do this with each base of the three leaves if you wish – I just used one. Know your guts, love yourself. Low Fodmap, Gluten free, low lactose pancakes. According to Wikipedia’s reference for Shrove Tuesday. 50 mls Lactose free milk. 100g of wheat free, gluten free flour. Weight out the flour into a mixing bowl and add the eggs and a small pinch of salt. Mix well and add enough milk to make a thin batter that coats the back of a spoon. Pour the batter into a measuring jug. Cook for 30 seconds maximum till dry and and flip over the pancake to cook the other side. February 7, 2015.

Veckans rätt - Whistlersallad. Är en sallad som jag åt flera gånger när jag var i Whistler:-). 130 g spenat (2 påsar). 2 små rödlökar, tunt skivade. 2 mindre avocados, skivade. 12 st rostade pekannötter (eller kanderade om du vill). 200 g tofu i smulor eller två skivor chèvre (getost) med svarta vallmofrön strödda på. 10 st jordgubbar, skivade.
