Carling Chronicles: July 2009
http://carlingchronicles.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 17, 2009. Take Me Out to the Ballgame. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Dinner was great- what is it about food cooked outdoors that makes it taste so good? I had a cheeseburger with double cheese, Hayden and Cameron had hot dogs, and Jacob, a hot dog bun- yeah,. The bun. There was also fresh vegetables, potato salad, chips, water or pop, and Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches for dessert- really, a pretty decent meal, especially for the price (free). The Comedy of Errors. Number Two: I got tired of fiel...

http://carlingchronicles.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 30, 2009. I could heartily wish this had not befallen. Thursday, December 17, 2009. La vie est belle: j'ai fini avec mes examens. Je suis tres content. What? You say you didn't understand a thing I just said? It's just out of my control now. Update:. I passed all my finals. Jane Austen was the top choice, with 20% of the students opting to spotlight the reigning queen of British Romanticism. (Go Jane! Sound of mouse clicks, fingers furiously typing. Who gave him permission to grow up?

Potts Spott: Law School
http://pottsspott.blogspot.com/2012/09/law-school.html
Tuesday, September 18, 2012. We never heard of this school until Rob ran into a friend in Idaho who was from here and recommended it. I had never seen such huge trees until we were walking around campus one day. Do you see Rob? There are five 61 year old sequoias and they are the largest Christmas trees on a college campus. I'll have to post a picture when they're decorated! This just reminds me of Anne of Avonlea. They have random chairs and benches around campus. September 18, 2012 at 8:23 PM. Rob is i...

Carling Chronicles: August 2010
http://carlingchronicles.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 7, 2010. Common Sense Trumps Hubris. Wanna know a secret? I suffer from an overdeveloped sense of determination when it comes to home improvement projects. If there's a job to be done, I will go to great lengths to handle it myself rather than ask someone else to do it. Allow me to illustrate. Because I installed all of this:. True, it took two days, three trips to the plumbing supply store, and four pages of step-by-step illustrated instructions from the. And called in the professionals.

Carling Chronicles: June 2009
http://carlingchronicles.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 28, 2009. After being in the works for months, my bedroom remodel is finally complete. I'd like to thank the following people/businesses who made it all possible:. Tyler, Parker, and Hayden - Heavy Lifting (I doubt I'll get them to move my bed and dresser again- ever. At least not without an industrial-sized crane.). Carol - Painting Assistance (I ignored your advice, does that make me a bad person? Cameron and Jacob - Furniture Rearranging (Little boys with strong muscles! Getting ready to ...

The Tibbitts' Tidbits: Spring Break in Florida
http://tibbittstidbits.blogspot.com/2013/03/spring-break-in-florida.html
Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Spring Break in Florida. Where do I even begin? Feeding the giraffes at the Brevard Zoo - This was Luke's highlight for our whole vacation because he LOVES giraffes. Plus seeing the giraffes up this close was really cool. The Brevard Zoo was built with kids in mind. My kids love zoos anyway, but they really loved this zoo. We also got to feed the birds. We also took a train ride at the zoo. This was Eli's highlight of the entire vacation because he LOVES trains. In addition to th...

Carling Chronicles: January 2010
http://carlingchronicles.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 16, 2010. I Miss My Friend. The one my heart and soul confided in. The one I felt the safest with. The one who knew just what to say to make me laugh again. And let the light back in, I miss my friend. How is it possible that it’s been a year already? And how is it possible that I’ve survived that year with only half a heart? Paul would hate it if we spent this sad anniversary moping around, so we went skiing and snowboarding at Grand Targhee. Friday, January 1, 2010. Now, think of Jaco...

Potts Spott: December 2010
http://pottsspott.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 3, 2010. In September, our friends Jenny and Steve just moved back from Hawaii and got to visit Idaho for a few days. It was great seeing them! It was a really fun weekend. I hadn't been to Denver in the fall before and it was gorgeous; colorful trees everywhere and the weather was nice. I didn't take any pictures though! We decided to be Jessie and Woody for Halloween. It's always a lot of fun on Halloween when you're in the schools. The kids are so excited. Class, settle down. Get your...

Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Fun Times w/ Amanda and Sherry. Golden Gate Park - we took a picnic and visited the Dutch Windmill and Tulip Garden, which was gorgeous! We took a bunch of pictures of the kids! We found an area with a really nice view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We also went to another awesome park in the city called Alta Plaza park. It was on top of a hill and there were views of the city from every angle. I didn't take my camera out there, I think I was burned out on snapping pictures. Thats a h...
