サイクルロードレース、サイクリング、自身のダイエットの話題を中心に、ちょっとした主張をするBlog。夏真っ盛り、という感じだったり、そうでもなかったり。しかし、暑すぎないことはサイクリングにはもってこい、というわけで。山中湖をスタートして、ぐるっと一周するコース。スタート地点に選んだ山中湖周辺は、無料駐車場が充実していて良いです。当日は、山中湖到着、即土砂降り。車の中で一時間ほど様子を見てました。そして、小降りになった＋どうやら山中湖周辺しか降雨がない、ということでAM1130出発。 R138やR139は車が多いが、それほど狭くは無いので、まぁまぁ快適。道の駅なるさわを通過したあとに左折。ある程度登ったら、一気に下って静岡県へ。コンビニで休憩しつつ、その後のルートを思案。ルートを練る段階から悩んでいたのだが、スカイラインを登ろうかどうしようか、ということを悩んでいました。登る、といっても二合目までなのですが。でも、遅かった…。もっと体幹を鍛えないといけないし、それよりも、もっと体重を落とさなくてはいけない。反省。 12301;というお弁当屋さんです。当然ながら&#1228...
