We like working outside in our gardens and yard, volunteering at community events, and attending church functions. Being with other people and our family is very important to us! We also enjoy spending time with extended family at Gretchen’s parents’ farm! Recently, we discovered maple trees on our property and we decided that we wanted to tap the trees and start making maple syrup. The conversations and interest that this hobby has sparked in our neighborhood has provided us such joy and excitement.

We were blessed by our friends to be able to stay in Orlando for five days and go to Disney World with them. I don't know how your friends celebrate your birthday, but as friends go, I think they set the bar pretty high. We visited Disney's Animal Kingdom first. Everyone loved the Everest rollercoaster. That's why she's hiding in the 4th row from the back.
