A place for me to share my life, dreams, and scrapping. Friday, March 26, 2010. I know I say this everytime, but TIME FLIES! Lots of things have been changing around here. Sold a vehicle, bought a vehicle.bought a camper? Looking forward to some camping this summer! Thinking about returning to college also. A place for me to share my life, dreams, and scrapping. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Wowtoday was a beautiful day here in my part of the Midwest.the storms that they were calling for didn't hit us! They did, however, delay hubby on his way home! I haven't been doing a LOT of scrapping. There is so much to do outside this time of year! I have done a bit of gardening.filling in a "water feature" that the former owners left. Filling in other spots and planting some vegetables in pots. Links to this post.

My scrapbooking hobby has been replaced by a stenography machine. I started attending The College of Court Reporting last fall! The child has been in desperate need of a new winter coat. and I almost got her one for Christmas, but didn't. Then, my dad came to visit for New Year's and brought a bag of fabulous hand-me-downs from my Aunt Linda (Linda's granddaughter Madison is a bit older than Avery and always gives us great stuff! Monday, January 05, 2009. I have vague memories of the days when my kids were sweet-smelling babies and I couldn't imagine the day would ever come when they'd leave me and go off to school. So, today was their first day back at school. Hallelujah! Somehow I still managed to get Damon to school on time at 8:35, and Nick was late to work anyway, so he offered to drop Avery at her school on his way in. Friday, January 09, 2009. Last night was our first Cub Scout meeting since before the holidays. Scout meetings begin at 6:30 pm. and because my husband is soooo organized, he asked me at 5 pm if I had any ideas for something fun the boys could do at the meeting (if there was one thing I could change about my dear husband, it would be the fact that he can't think/plan ahead. ever. for anything! We played four riveting games of Scout Bingo. and I've promised to deliver prizes to the winners at next wee...
