Trekking in Manila
November 13, 2010. It’s been awhile since I blogged and I am feeling unmotivated to update for a few reasons. 1) Too much has happened in the last 2 months or so, where do I start? 2) Rather spend my down time catchin up with my favorite American TV shows. 3) Blogging in a meaningful way takes too much brain space. It was a beautiful day with some of my favorite people in the worl...

Allie in New Orleans
Allie in New Orleans. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. A couple of weeks ago we went on our YAV spring retreat. We packed up the mini-van and ventured out into the middle of nowhere Mississippi for a weekend of discerning, relaxing, playing, and of course eating. I had a blast hanging out with my fellow YAVs- boating, hiking, biking, swimming, pool, and lots of laughing! According to the test I am not called to be an accountant. I already knew that.
