I had a unique opportunity to explore my new town today, as the family I photographed knew of a beautiful park they wanted to use for their pictures – a park that included this scrumptious old barn! Cooking the everyday pleasures. 1/2 c olive oil. Juice and zest of 1 lemon. 1/4 c mint, chopped. 1/4 c oregano, chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag and allow to marinate over night. When ready to prepare heat 2 tbs olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Chris and I drove from San Diego to LA. Then left LA and drove up Highway 1 to San Francisco. It was the most beautiful drive we’ve ever been on. We must have stopped 100 different times.
