Unfortunately, when looking online, there was lots of information that would help you with guess-ta-mates. I'm not a guess-ta-mate kind of gall. When tomatoes and strawberries turn red, it's time to harvest them. Jalapenos can turn red, but you want to pick them (for most recipes) before. They turn red. So how do you know? Wednesday, February 24, 2010. 3 Words Worth a Million. I was working on cleaning up Aleeyah's craft stuff while she took a nap. I've found that this is the best time to do this. If I attempt to do it while she is awake, she is SO insistent that we keep EVERY piece of artwork. She loves to draw and write lately. So you can probably imagine how much artwork we have around here. It helps me from holding onto too many things. While cleaning up her stuff, I came across a picture that made my heart melt.

Friday, August 28, 2009. It's been almost 2 weeks since Aleeyah's birthday party in Oklahoma and she is technically 4 years old and 2 weeks today! I can't believe she is already 4.
