At Home with the Alba's: Isaac: 8 Months Old
http://albafamily.blogspot.com/2015/03/isaac-8-months-old.html
Monday, March 23, 2015. Isaac: 8 Months Old. You are currently my favorite baby age of all time. You are perfection. You aren't crawling yet so you can't get into too much trouble, you are sleeping through the night most nights, you take great naps, you're super smiley, and I'm your favorite person in the world. It doesn't get any better than this and I'm eating it up! He's probably ready to start sitting up! You're a lot more content than you were when we were laying you down on your back all the time.

At Home with the Alba's: July 2014
http://albafamily.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 8, 2014. For some reason, I still don't feel ready for this baby to come! I think it's just the fact that I've had so much going on that I haven't had time to really focus on what's about to happen. I am hoping that when it happens, I can just be in the moment and not worry about anything else. I don't want to be in the hospital making phone calls to my contractor about the house instead of enjoying my time with my new little one! 38 weeks pregnant with Eli. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Joy Cendrowski: October 2007
http://joycendrowski.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Have you ever felt blindsided? Our family has felt this way over the past couple of weeks. We were just going along.working, working, working, living, working.and BAM! Out of no where. It should make ALL the difference. Isn't that what the church is supposed to be about. Jim was doing the Lord's work effectively and with passion, casting a God-sized vision that produced excitement in those around us, but that was not the measuring stick used. I sure hope so. Well, they are! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Joy Cendrowski: Summer Reading
http://joycendrowski.blogspot.com/2008/07/summer-reading.html
Here are some things that I have read:. The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini-For me, this book totally lived up to the hype. I couldn't put it down. Porch Talk" and "Life Goes On" by Philip Gulley: This is one of my new favorite authors. He is a Quaker minister who writes lovely narrative essays with a sprinkling of theology. Reading his books are like doing a mini devotional. Other books that I picked up but just have not been able to work through yet are: "A Member of the Wedding" by Carson McCullers, "...

I love every little stinking thing about you, kid. Keep up the good work! Hugs and kisses,. Weight: 17.6 lbs (65th percentile). Today, you...

The Alba's: December 2008
http://hiramandjanie.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
A Collection of Our Favorite Moments. Thursday, December 25, 2008. We had a nice mellow Christmas day here at the Alba home. We missed Adam and Andrea who weren't able to stay through Christmas and we missed and felt bad for Trisha who had to work a 14 hour day at the hospital! The rest of us relaxed, read, watched movies and played the new games on the Wii. We also went and played out in the snow for a while which was fun. . Patrick and Andrew, trying out the babies' new sled down the downhill street.

The Alba's: Yam It!
http://hiramandjanie.blogspot.com/2008/12/yam-it.html
A Collection of Our Favorite Moments. Sunday, December 7, 2008. Our Thanksgiving started with the obligatory early morning football game. This was first year that ol' man Hiram didn't get hurt. We were disappointed that the whole extended Alba family wasn't able to get together but it was nice just having our little family, although we were missing Adam and Andrea (literally and figuratively). This was Patrick most of the dinner. He would loudly exclaim "Yam it! December 7, 2008 at 3:37 PM. Subscribe to:...

A Collection of Our Favorite Moments. Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Hey guys, it's Michelle. Did you hear that this pretty lady got her tonsils out last week? Well she did and she's been a real champ. She's heard horror stories about how it's worse than child birth. Although it hasn't been pleasant, she's pulled through just fine and we're proud of how strong she is. In fact, her recovery went so well that as soon as she woke from the anethesia she was drinking Diet Coke (this isn't a joke).

At Home with the Alba's: August 2014
http://albafamily.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 23, 2014. Isaac: 1 Month Old. I've started a tradition with your older brothers where I write them a letter every month talking about their growth, development, and personalities. I want to do the same for you! Hopefully you will treasure them when you're older and enjoy hearing about your life as a little one. With three kids barely four and under, it's definitely hard to find the time to write them, but I will try my hardest to make it happen. You are so cute, sometimes I want to squee...
