Life is a Climb.but the view sure is great! Thursday, November 19, 2009. The First of my Dreams has come true! So this semester has been quite a monument for me. The first of my biggest dreams came true: I was able to perform in the Tabernacle at Temple Square. I have always wanted to do this, and this semester the BYU-Idaho Symphony Orchestra went on the Sacred Music to Twin Falls and also to Salt Lake. I was so excited! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My beginning brass class has to be my favorite. There are about thirteen seventh graders in there.most of those being boys.and they are FUNNY! An example: We were teaching them the concept of Tutti and Solo/Soli. One of them just could NOT resist raising his hand, and with an innocent giggle, saying "hehe, tutti sounds like fart!

Tuesday, January 20, 2009. So, I was recently informed (and by "recently", I mean approximately 2 weeks ago) that my parents have been pretty awesome for a while now. Which is true. But it was meant as a subtle (sort of) hint and reminder that I haven't exactly updated my blog in a long time. So. here goes. I'm all rusty though. Might not have any witty remarks until next time. The University Bookstore has lots of cute signs like this one, all with happy, bubbly, idealistic thoughts: "Always Kiss Me Goodnight", "All Because Two People Fell In Love", etc. You know the types.
