Mix: 1/2 cup unsalted butter- softened. Add: 1 1/2 cups flour. 1 cup cake mix. Add: 3-4 Tbsp milk. Optional: 2 Tbsp spinkles. Make balls and refridgerate for 15 minutes. Chocolate Bundt Cake (Kris B.). 1 chocolate cake mix. 3 oz cream cheese. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Prepare cake mix as directed except substitute 2 eggs whites and 2 whole eggs for the 3 eggs. Pour half the cake batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into center of ring. Bake as directed in 350’ oven.

Crust: (homemade is best! 2 packages of crushed graham crackers (there are usually three in a box of graham crackers, so 2/3 of a box of graham crackers)- I crush them in a gallon zip lock back with my dough roller. Just pound the hell out of those graham crackers! 1/3 c brown sugar. 1/2 c melted butter. 2/3 c lemon juice.

Tuesday, January 15, 2013. 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine. 4 unpeeled, shredded Granny Smith apples. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 cup chopped nuts, optional. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in apples, dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan. 350' for 45 minutes. 3/4 cup butter or margarine. 1 cup evaporated milk. Serve warm over cake.

Lime Drink (Kris B.). 2 limes (cut in quarters). 2 T sweetened condensed milk. Place all ingredients in blender and mix (pulse) so that ice is still chunky and limes are pulverized.
