http://sixbartells.blogspot.com/2008_12_14_archive.html
Friday, December 19, 2008. Aaron and I have decided that our family is not yet complete. We are finally ready for our last (hopefully our last) member to take up residence in our home. Meet Wylie. He will be joining our family (and may get a name change) on Sunday, December 28. Shhh, it's a surprise! Don't tell the kids! Monday, December 15, 2008. I just came upstairs and found two notes taped to the TV (oh my daughter knows her parents all too well). For: Mom and Dad. Or visit us at. To order your Free.

One Day at a Time: September 2010
http://schwichtenberg.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
One Day at a Time. Saturday, September 18, 2010. I can't forget Ava now can I. She's 10 1/2 months already and I don't know where time goes. Doesn't she look so happy in this picture? She is a pretty happy girl. She's been sick lately so hasn't really been herself, but she's gradually getting better. She has mostly "adult" food now. She LOVES mac 'n cheese and bananas. She's not a picky eater and will eat most things. I really think she likes the independence of feeding herself. But boy does she have fun!

One Day at a Time: January 2011

One Day at a Time. Sunday, January 9, 2011. A Little Bit of This and a Little Bit of That. So it's been awhile since I've blogged. Almost two months actually. No matter how much I worry I will not change the outcome of my situtation.". My worrying will not change God's plans.". I made something for the girls to play with. I found it on this blog. I have been meaning to make these for quite some time, but never got around to them. Well yesterday Aine and I went to the store and got quilt batting and I...

One Day at a Time: July 2011
http://schwichtenberg.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
One Day at a Time. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Back in April we lost another one of our dogs. Again this happened in the middle of the night and was a major shock to us. Sabri was the second greyhound that we adopted. After adopting Fangio we wanted to get a companion for him so we chose to get a second greyhound. The saying among greyhound owners is "Greyhounds are like potato chips, you can't just have one". It is a very true statement. As with Rossi we could have taken her to the U of M to have an MRI d...

One Day at a Time: November 2010
http://schwichtenberg.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
One Day at a Time. Saturday, November 13, 2010. Now Here is a SNOWMAN! Chad and Aine went out in the snow today to have some fun and they decided to build a snowman. Here they are. And the final results are. And yes you are seeing it correctly. The snowman or "Jingle Bells" as Aine named him, is almost 7 feet tall to the top of his hat. They had tons of fun, many people passing by honked and waved and somebody even stopped at the side of the road and took a picture. The Difference a Day Makes.

One Day at a Time. Thursday, August 18, 2011. This is a blog that I read on a regular basis and it's a family who has adopted 4 girls from over seas. The mother (Adeye) is an advocate for other babies overseas that need adopting and this is a story of one of those that needs help. This story is life changing. Http:/ www.nogreaterjoymom.com/2011/08/because-it-is-our-problem.html#disqus thread. If you can help - even $1 - every little bit helps and adds up quick! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

One Day at a Time: April 2011
http://schwichtenberg.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
One Day at a Time. Friday, April 22, 2011. What does this mean to you? Is it just a picture? Is it just something you see that represents something for Christians? Or is it more? What does this mean to you? He is no longer here. Where the Father literally had to turn His face on His son. To look the other way so that this sacrifice could be made. Jesus became SIN here. The perfect man, sinless, so loved by His Father. All for you and me. Just for us. But He is no longer here. Where is He you ask? It's be...
