Life, the allotment and everything. Ramblings of a fool. Slow progress (April 2011). Posted May 9, 2011. I’ve changed much of my diet. I’ve lost some weight and dropped a couple of belt notches. I have a mountain to climb and I’m not even at base camp yet. I need to loose somewhere in the region of 27kg. That’s right, just over a whole sack of spuds. So far, I’ve lost 11kg. It’s a start, but that’s all it is. What’s the secret of your success? OK, I’ll tell ya! Changing what I eat has made a difference a...

https://groveplot.wordpress.com/2011/05/08/who-ate-all-the-pies-january-2011
Life, the allotment and everything. Ramblings of a fool. Who ate all the pies? Posted May 8, 2011. That’ll be me then. Could this be a new direction for the Blog? I haven’t really come across anyone who speaks openly about this probably because people think no-one’ll be interested or people will just poke fun. Well, maybe that’s true. Lets just wait and see. Thing is, I can’t believe I’m alone in this situation. I need to loose some weight and change my diet or I will have type 2 within a year.
