Thursday, 24 January 2013. This is my postcard for the January postcard swap over on UK Stampers. The theme this month is New Beginnings. I'm fond of this stork stamp and stamped it out and coloured it in using my copics and a white paint marker. I removed the leg portion of the stamp when I cut it out and positioned him as 'flying in'. I used individual letters from a small stamp set to stamp the wording. And I stamped the sentiment stamp using distress ink and then popped the hand and foot prints on.

After a dreadful few weeks which started with my MIL being rushed into hospital with heart problems, followed by losing my precious kitty to a tumour and the next day having surgery myself, the electrics failing in our house . The list just seems to go on! Well I'm finally recovering and managed to do my first crafting for a while . This is my postcard for the November postcard swap over on UK Stampers. The theme is fireworks. I used blue distress inks for the background 'sky'.

Today i thought i would do something different so i got my parchment stuff out, i don't know about you but i just love it better now because i can do a little it is so delicate. I coloured the hearts in dark lilac and i did the same with the centre of the flowers. Monday, 9 February 2009. Wednesday, 4 February 2009. RAIL FENCING [ I THINK ].
