A self-confessed foodie's collection of delectable vegetarian recipes. Friday, May 17, 2013. Making pizza from scratch is simply awesome. So here it is. 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida). A pinch of sugar. 3/4 cup warm water. 4 gms of dried baker's yeast (or half a sachet). 2 tbsp olive oil or any cooking oil. Mix the sugar, warm water and yeast in a bowl and keep aside for 5 minutes. You'll notice that the mixture has turned frothy. Next, mix the salt and flour evenly. 3-4 garlic cloves - finely chopped.
