Monday, 15 October 2012. I'm back. Kind of. Just a quick update for you -. The ankle is still giving me jip. It has cost me both my 10k races, so I'm pretty devastated. I would never have guessed that the little twinge two months ago would have had me off my feet for so long. But I am tired of sitting on my backside and feeling sorry for myself. My physio has given me the green light to run, albeit for very short distances, so I am slowly easing myself back into it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I have been wondering whether to put this on my blog or not, as it's not really relevant to the whole theme I have going on here, but I have been going through a massive decluttering spurt. It started when I was out of the game with my ankle, and I was practically crawling up the walls with frustration. To take my mind off it, I started to go through all of my stuff and weeding out the unnecessary. It felt really good, and now I feel properly cleansed. It looks so much better now!
