A well-rounded blog about everything. April 12, 2013. It’s been pretty warm here over the past week, which some may say is NOT soup weather. But, when you are coming off the tail end of bronchitis, it is ALWAYS soup weather! As I sat in my cube yesterday pondering over dinner options, I decided to take my indecision over to allrecipes.com. Nothing was sounding particularly appetizing. I was matched with a fish stew that sounded delish! This soup is amazing right off the stove, or as reheated leftovers!

With some paint and fancy new hardware, it’s beautifully updated! While we didn’t make any major updates to our new home (yet), we did do some minor modifications (see Finally…A Home to Call Our Own. Spray paint, I had to go in with a paint brush and carefully paint the inside edges of the scrollwork. But once they were done, it was smooth sailing!
