It is a wonderful world … – Holding the Ball
https://hirundinedotnet2.wordpress.com/2016/11/27/it-is-a-wonderful-world
We can all hold, feel, then roll the ball between two hands – holding the ball is nothing. What we do with it – Everything. It is a wonderful world …. 8230; yet plenty goes on, to bring it and us down. The words to that piece of music are not great lyrics in of and by themselves. I see trees of green, red roses too. I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself what a wonderful world. I see skies of blue and clouds of white. The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night. November 27, 2016. I was...

Snow overall … – Holding the Ball
https://hirundinedotnet2.wordpress.com/2016/12/09/snow-overall
We can all hold, feel, then roll the ball between two hands – holding the ball is nothing. What we do with it – Everything. Snow overall …. The snow lay white on the city. The usual vehicular buzz was stilled. In the parkade lights, it was so pretty. The ghostly whites gave truth to the sight. That underneath the parkade light. Flakes drifted, blowing, aimlessly white. Added to the sight below. Hotel lights shone defiant. Giving to the spectre glow. Morning breaks and new footprints show. December 9, 2016.

The birds … – Holding the Ball
https://hirundinedotnet2.wordpress.com/2016/12/03/the-birds
We can all hold, feel, then roll the ball between two hands – holding the ball is nothing. What we do with it – Everything. The birds …. Seagulls wheel and cry. From my window top. Overlooking the harbour far out below. Over roofs and trees. May be glimpsed the seas. That surround the lands we call Victoria. And the seagulls wheel and cry. Across the blacktop of parking lot. They sit upon the balustrade. Zen-like waiting for something to happen. Urban crows wait and wait, still waiting. December 3, 2016.
