Monday, July 9, 2012. For a few years now it has been a tradition for our little family to go meet my 2 sisters and parents in Riverdale for the 5k run. It is cheap, fun run and a good middle meeting point for all of us. The whole family has enjoyed participating in this run. Everyone did great and we had a fun time. Max is pretty beat after that run- he completed it in 24 minutes. Asher finishing his run. Boy we sure have some crazy people in our family. Takara, Bruce,Nelson and Asher after the race.

Saturday, December 31, 2011. Christmas Eve and Day. I think we carry the same tradition that most people do. On Christmas Eve the kids get one gift to open. Ofcourse, it is always pajamas. Here are the kids getting ready to open their present. Before we opened them we told the kids to not get upset/jealous with what each other gets, because nothing is the same. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. So this year Max decided to be a glow-in the dark Lego skeleton. Sometimes I wonder where on earth my kids come up with these ideas. We had to modify it because the mask was super complicated so we did face painting instead. He loved his costume. As always Max is our little planner and had to coordinate a group to go trick or treating. He ended up going with the Clayson's, Stewarts and Iversons and later ran into some other friends. They had such a good time. Max 10, Asher 7.
