Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and Google Drive are among the most popular cloud services for storing, syncing and sharing files. The only thing is you have to know what is free and what comes at a charge. As regards to Google Docs I have become acquainted with them over this past year since my Head of Department (as she stated in her blog) discovered the beauty of having a team contributing material through this tool.
