In 1996, I went to visit the North island of New-Zealand for a month. I stayed in and around Auckland, and also went to spend a few days in Rotorua, and in the Bay of islands. On leaving Rotorua I made a one day trip to Kiwi Fruit Country in Te Puke, on the way back to Auckland. Over this past year, I have been networking with many LGBT Christian groups across Europe, in order to add as many resources as possible on the pages of the Gay Christian Europe. It has been a very rewarding experience, as not only can I now offer those resources to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Christians across Europe (and in their mother tongues), but I have gotten to know some wonderful people from those groups, and all together, we can do our best to make even more of a difference.
